Family of Women

Imagine a place for women to experience the power of releasing their barriers; a place in which women embrace all of who they are and receive acceptance, confidence, and an unprecedented connection with themselves and other women; a place in which women gain a full appreciation of and honour for men; a place where women are empowered to create warm, vulnerable, and trusting relationships with women and men, transforming their lives and the lives of others. Imagine being in this place where women spring forth filled with understanding, hope, joy, and a lightness of being, and as a result take their place in the world as wives, mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, leaders, and peacemakers.

Now, imagine that this place is created in a loving and nurturing environment and delivered in a profoundly powerful, and feminine, way. You have just imagined the Women’s Discovery Weekend…and our collective imagination has been brought into being!

This event will bring forth clarity and purpose into the lives of all participants. It will be a place where womanhood transforms lives and transforms the Family of Women. Developed from the collective wisdom of our organization and its membership, the Women’s Discovery Weekend reflects the core values of the Family of Women, honors our traditions and tenets such as responsibility and relationship as well as focusing on the journey a woman makes to full maturity and full self-expression. This event provides powerful insights and tools

to provide each woman knowledge of where she is on her journey and how she chooses to move forward.

Purpose of the Women's Discovery Weekend

To celebrate yourself so that you have the life that you love and are empowered to take your place in the global sisterhood and in the world.

♥ Tuition for the Women’s Discovery Weekend is $550
♥ Tuition includes lodging and main meals
♥ The deposit is $150 and is non-refundable and due and pay able at the time of registration
